I did not receive my verification code

Please ensure you have chosen the correct country code and have entered your telephone number with no hyphens or spaces.

Please ensure you have entered a valid mobile phone number. Land lines are not valid.

I cannot log into my account on the App

Make sure you have iOS App Store version 1.4.2 or Google Play Store version 1.2.2 downloaded on your device (you can check this the App or Google Play stores). All older versions of the Flexee app are no longer supported.

I reserved on your website and am having issues logging into the App

Please sign out of the app and login (not register), making sure you used the same phone number from your original web account. 
I cannot access the App with my mobile device

Fisker App versions 1.4.2 for iOS and 1.2.2 for Android and newer are supported. Please ensure you have the latest version of the Flexee app downloaded.
