Fisker Account Troubleshooting FAQs

I have an account, but I have not setup my password / Reset my password

On the "Sign In" screen, please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Select “Password Help” located below the password entry field.  
  2. Enter the phone number or email address associated with your Fisker account, and then select “Next”.  
  3. You will receive a verification code via text message or email (depending on your previous input). Enter the verification code, your new password, confirm new password, and then select “Update Password”.  
  4. Proceed to sign in with your new password.

I cannot log into my account on the App.

Make sure you have iOS App Store version 2.0.0 or Google Play Store version 2.0.0 downloaded on your device (you can check this the App or Google Play stores). All older versions of the Flexee app are no longer supported. 

I reserved on your website and am having issues logging into the App.

Please sign out of the app and login (not register), making sure you used the same phone number from your original web account.

I cannot access the App with my mobile device.

Fisker Flexee App versions 2.0.0 for iOS and 2.0.0 for Android and newer are supported. Please ensure you have the latest version of the Fisker Flexee app downloaded. 

I did not receive my verification code.

Please ensure you have chosen the correct country code and entered your telephone number with no hyphens or spaces.  

  

Please ensure you entered a valid mobile phone number. Land lines are not valid.
