How do I reserve a Fisker Ocean?

You can reserve via our Fisker Flexee App, downloadable from the App or Google Play stores, or via our website: flexee.fiskerinc.com. Reservations are $250 (refundable). If you can’t find your country code when reserving, this may be because we are not currently offering reservations in your country.
What does my $250 get me?

The $250 payment made under this Reservation Agreement (the “Reservation Payment”) secures an approximate reservation position to place a flexible lease or purchase of a Fisker EV vehicle. If you proceed with your order, Fisker Inc. will apply this Reservation Payment towards the purchase or flexible lease order payment. Please refer to Fisker’s Terms and Conditions before placing your reservation.
Can you tell me my position in line based on my date of deposit?

Fisker is not releasing details of reservation numbers or build slots currently. More details on your place in the reservation line will follow in 2021 as we finalize specifications.
What is the refund policy on reservations?

Your Reservation Payment is refundable subject to a ten percent (10%) administration and processing fee in the event you cancel your reservation at any time prior to entering into the purchase or flexible lease Agreement. All refunds will be made within 60 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation, provided the correct payment details are provided to Fisker Inc. In the event your reservation is cancelled by Fisker Inc., you will receive a refund within 60 days of the cancellation. Said refund is subject to a ten percent (10%) administration and processing fee.
I want to change the information on my reservation – how can I do that?

Submit your change request via the Contact Us section on our website or the App (via the Settings menu once logged in).
How do I cancel my reservation?

You can self-cancel your reservation via the App or website.
