Open-source software (“OSS”) that may be distributed or conveyed as incorporated in the Fisker products or services are covered by the applicable open-source software license terms authorizing the use of such code posted on this page. The OSS license terms are consistent with the license rights granted in the Terms of Use. For OSS that you receive from Fisker in binary form under a license that gives you the right to receive the source code for that binary, you can obtain a copy of the applicable source code at the listed repository in the notice file (if any) or by submitting a request to osscompliance@fiskerinc.com.

Your request should include:

• The name of the covered binary for which you are requesting the OSS source code

• The version number of the Fisker product containing the binary

• The date you purchased or downloaded the Fisker product

• Your name

• Your company name (if applicable)

• Your return email

• A telephone number in the event we need to reach you.

We may charge you a fee to cover the cost of physical media and processing.

Your request must be sent (i) within three (3) years of the date you purchased or downloaded the Fisker product that included the binary, or (ii) in the case of code licensed under the GPL v3 for as long as Fisker offers spare parts or customer support for that product model.
