Fisker Roadside Assistance Policy

Coverage Period
Roadside Assistance is a limited and supplemental benefit provided for Fisker Ocean vehicles for 6 years, 60,000 miles / 100,000 km, whichever occurs first, beginning at the point of sale of a new vehicle. Roadside Assistance is not a warranty.

Beneficiary
Roadside Assistance is available for Fisker Ocean vehicles operated by owners and owner-authorized drivers in the following regions:

  • Europe:
    The following regions are included: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

  • North America:
    The following regions are included: 50 states of the United States, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.

Roadside Assistance is available to subsequent and lawful vehicle owners for any remaining coverage period.

Scope of Coverage
Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for emergency Roadside Assistance should the need arise for any of the following items:

  • Mechanical disablement

  • Flat tire

  • Loss of power

  • Lock out / vehicle accessibility

  • Winch

Fisker’s Roadside Assistance Representative will determine the appropriate service to be dispatched based on the available information about the vehicle.

Fisker reserves the right to limit services when, in its sole discretion, requests for Roadside Assistance become excessive or the circumstances of the request do not warrant emergency service. Fisker also reserves the right to revise or discontinue specific Roadside Assistance Benefits at any time without notice or refund, reimbursement or credit to the owner.

How to use Roadside Assistance:
You may request service within the scope of Roadside Assistance coverage via the Fisker App. You will be required to provide the following information:

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

  • Vehicle Mileage

  • License Plate Number

  • Reason for Roadside Assistance request

Your Fisker Ocean vehicle will be appropriately transported for service using a flatbed trailer, wheel lift or transporter to the closest of the following locations, determined at the sole discretion of Fisker or its authorized representative:

  • Fisker Certified Service Center

  • Fisker Certified Collision Center

  • Fisker-approved charging station (if vehicle has low State-of-Charge)

  • Fisker-approved customer location (for a mobile technician appointment)

  • Storage location (if the repair facility is closed)

The cost of any service or repair within the scope of the Fisker New Vehicle Limited Warranty will be covered. The cost of any service or repair not within the scope of the Fisker New Vehicle Limited Warranty, including but not limited to accident-related repairs and charges for the replacement of keys, are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

If your vehicle or personal property was damaged or mishandled during transportation, please inform Fisker’s Roadside Assistance Representative through the Fisker App.

Trip Interruption Benefits:
If you experience a warrantable, mechanical breakdown more than 100 miles / 200 kilometers from your primary residence that is covered by Fisker’s Roadside Assistance Policy, the following reasonable Trip Interruption Benefits may be available to you:

  • Lodging

  • Alternate Transportation

  • Reunite of the Vehicle

Qualified expenses will be reimbursed by Fisker, based on records of the expenses that are submitted to a Fisker Roadside Assistance Representative.

Fisker’s Roadside Assistance is not a warranty. Any implied or express warranties or conditions arising under applicable local law or otherwise in law or equity are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowable by law or limited in duration to the coverage period. Fisker expressly disclaims any and all damages arising out of or relating to the provision of its Roadside Assistance services.

Exclusions
Fisker’s Roadside Assistance does not cover the following:

  • Any cost or requirements established by Customs clearances, European Union and/or European Free Trade Association

  • Any vehicles located farther than 10 feet / 3 meters from a paved road

  • Any issues related to racing or autocross

  • Any issues related to deliberate damage, vandalism, theft or attempted theft of the vehicle or vehicle parts, or any other criminal act

  • Any issue caused by abuse or negligence
